Eye & Lip Definer is a highly pigmented, creamy, and blendable multi-functional pencil designed to provide long-lasting definition. The soft, matte formula glides easily onto eyes and lips, offering buildable color that can be applied delicately or more intensely. Made with certified organic coconut oil, carnauba wax, and natural vitamin E, it ensures a silky application while helping to moisturize and protect the skin. It can be used to contour lips, create precise lines, blend for a smoky effect, or define eyes with graphic details.

Apply to eyes for delicate definition or for a more striking smoky look. On lips, use alone for a matte finish or in combination with All Over Color or other lip products. For a glossier effect, apply All Over Shine on top.

How to use it

Multi-use for lips and eyes. Wear it alone by applying it all over the lips for a matte finish; alternatively, pair it with All Over Colour Damaskino or Alizarin. Apply All Over Shine on top if you want a glossy effect. Gently define the eyes by applying Castel along the lash line and/or on the eyelid as an eyeshadow. To keep the pencil in good condition, sharpen it regularly with a pencil sharpener. Preferred application technique – Prep and prime eyelids and the lip contour before application to prevent the product from settling into creases. Add it after eyeshadow and apply mascara at the end. On the lips, you can use the pencil to create the ideal shape; use it alone or with All Over Colour, All Over Shine, or your lipstick to define the contour.
